Excellent service, well-equipped room, convenient location near transportation and local attractions. The staff was very nice, and the room had all the essentials we needed including a hot bath. We found the hotel to besuper clean and cozy, and it was close to the train station , made it easy to get around and explore the nearby residential and eating areas.

Spent Xmas in a lovely Japanese hotel and had a wonderful experience. The onsen was fabulous and perfect after a busy day exploring the nearby town. The tatami rooms were comfortable and cozy. The location was great, very convenient to a train station and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops.
Another downside was the fact that the hotel lacked adequate supplies, making the stay a little uncomfortable. the experience was great except for these two aspects that need improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Shin Kobe station, making it easy to access both the train and several eateries. the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area and is within walking distance of the mountain trail and cascades. the rooms are big, clean, and come with a range of amenities including comfortable beds. Staff members are friendly and eager to help. The hotel also has a small hot spring which is perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing.
Some guests have mentioned that the electrical sockets in the room are limited, so charging multiple devices at once can be challenging.

We appreciated the clean and spacious room, and the fact that the hotel is located near the train station was very convenient for us as we were taking the train frequently during our trip. the private hot spring was a nice touch and we enjoyed having a soak in the evening. the staff were polite and courteous.
Our overall experience at the hotel was not great. the atmosphere was not romantic at all and the lighting in the room was very bright, which made it hard to create a cozy ambiance.
